Cancellation Policy

Order Changes & Cancellations

At Double Portion Ventures LLC DBA DoorLux ( www.doorlux.us), every garage door is built to order and tailored to your specifications. Because of that, most products enter production quickly after purchase.

Free Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation if manufacturing has not started.

After Production Begins

Orders are considered final and non-cancellable, as materials and components have already been allocated.

Custom Products

All custom-made, modified, or special-order doors are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed.

How to Request a Cancellation

Contact us right away at support@doorlux.us with your order number. Cancellations are only valid once confirmed in writing by DoorLux.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable fees (including non-refundable payment processor or administrative costs).

If manufacturing, freight preparation, or packaging has already begun, DoorLux reserves the right to deduct those costs from any refund.

Exceptions

Orders that have shipped, are in transit, or have been delivered cannot be canceled.

Refused deliveries will be treated as returns and may incur shipping and restocking charges.

DoorLux may, at its discretion, issue store credit instead of a cash refund for certain cancellations.
