Delivery & Shipping Policy

Production & Lead Times


Each order is custom manufactured by our authorized partners (including Amarr) to your specifications. Typical lead times range from 2–6 weeks, depending on product and demand. Estimated ship dates are provided as a convenience but are not guaranteed.

DoorLux is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, freight carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.



Shipping Terms

All orders ship FOB (Freight on Board) Origin, meaning ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the product leaves the manufacturer’s dock.

Shipping is handled by third-party freight companies. DoorLux will assist with any freight claims, but we cannot be held liable for transit delays, carrier damages, or missed appointments.



Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery, inspect all items before signing for them:

  1. Check packaging and contents for visible or concealed damage.
  2. Note any issues directly on the Bill of Lading before signing.
  3. Take clear photos and contact us within 5 business days at support@doorlux.us.

Failure to report damage within this period may forfeit your right to claim repair or replacement.



Additional Charges

Extra services requested after shipment—such as liftgate delivery, inside delivery, redelivery, storage fees, or address changes—will be billed to the customer.

If delivery is refused without prior approval, the order will be returned at your expense, and refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping and restocking costs.
